With every pair of Parkvilles you will receive a custom recycled cotton drawstring pouch, a microfibre cleaning cloth and a protective box made from 100% recycled paper. 
All of our lenses are market-leading CR-39 tinted, clear or polarised lenses and offer 100% protection from UV rays. Our lenses were chosen based on comfort, performance, protection, durability as well as their sharpness and clarity of vision. All prescription lenses come from Essilor, including our progressive lenses.
We hope you’ll love your Parkville products as much as we do, however we understand sometimes things don’t work out as we would like. We are therefore happy to refund your purchase if returned to us as new within 28 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please note personalised & prescription pairs will be subject to a restocking fee.

We have a rigorous multi-step quality control process in place to ensure that all products leaving our workshop are market leading in both their quality and finish. As we have confidence in our work, we are therefore happy to guarantee all of our products from manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months after purchase.
We also understand that accidents happen (don't worry, we won't judge!) - should anything happen to your pair of Parkvilles within the first year of you owning them, simply send us your frame and we will replace it free of charge (you will have to pay for shipping to our workshop).
